Barrington’s White House 10th Anniversary Open House
Join us as we celebrate a decade of community and culture at Barrington’s White House! This beautifully restored 1898 mansion has served as Barrington’s cultural and community center since its opening in 2015. Originally built for John and Julia Robertson Jr., the house has been meticulously preserved to reflect its historical significance and architectural elegance. Enjoy a fun filled summer gathering with lemonade and cake as you mingle with fellow community members and take part in historic games, crafts, face painting, juggling, magic, cake, lemonade, and a chance to see Barrington’s historic fire truck “The Pirsch”. Docents in period attire will lead guided tours throughout the celebration, sharing stories about the home’s origins and its transformation into the vibrant community center it is today.
